What the research supports

No trial of this product was found. Saccharomyces boulardii has ingredient-level support in dogs: 20 dogs with chronic enteropathy improved in clinical index, stool frequency and consistency over 60 days against placebo (PMID 29212912); 53 healthy dogs fed S. boulardii DSM 34246 for 35 days had lower fecal scores from day 14 (PMID 39852920); 25 breeding dogs had lower fecal calprotectin (PMID 36006304). The label does not name its strain.
