The short version. SuppleGut helps you narrow down which supplement to consider. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a clinician or pharmacist. Product details change constantly, so always read the label.

By using supplegut.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
What SuppleGut is
SuppleGut is an independent product discovery service for digestive health supplements. You answer questions about your symptoms and preferences, and the site returns a product that scored best against those answers, with an explanation of why.
We have no house brand. We do not manufacture, own, white-label, warehouse or sell any supplement, and we never will. We are not a pharmacy, a retailer, or a healthcare provider.
What SuppleGut is not
It is not medical advice. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Statements about supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Persistent digestive symptoms can have causes that a supplement will not address. You should speak to a clinician, and you should do so promptly rather than trying a supplement first, if you have unexplained weight loss, blood in your stool, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting, fever alongside abdominal pain, symptoms that wake you at night, or a sudden change in bowel habit after the age of 45. Where your answers indicate something of this kind, the quiz stops and says so instead of showing products. That is a general prompt to seek care, not an assessment of your health.
Speak with a clinician or pharmacist before starting any supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, are immunocompromised, have a central venous catheter, are preparing for surgery, or have a diagnosed gastrointestinal or other medical condition.
Accuracy of product information
Product ratings, review counts, prices, ingredients, formats and label claims shown on this site were read from a retailer or brand page. All of these change frequently, and some change without notice. Formulations are reworked, products are renamed, sizes and serving counts change, listings are discontinued and stock moves between retailers.
Star ratings name the shop the reviews were read at, which is not always the shop the buy button opens. Prices per serving are calculated from the price and serving count at the time of reading and are illustrative only.
Treat everything shown here as a starting point for your own check. Always read the current label and the retailer's current product page before buying or taking anything. The label supersedes anything we say about a product.
Recommendations and your own judgement
A match is the output of a scoring formula applied to the answers you gave and to a limited catalog of products we have researched by hand. It is an opinion, not a guarantee. It does not mean a product will work for you, that it is the best product available anywhere, or that no better option exists outside our catalog. Individual results vary, and many people will see no benefit from a given supplement.
You are responsible for your own purchasing and health decisions.

Buy links take you to third-party retailers. We do not operate those sites, process your payment, hold your order, ship anything, or handle returns. Your purchase is a contract between you and that retailer under their terms and privacy policy. The SuppleGut name, logo, written content, scoring methodology and site design are ours. Product names, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products discussed.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuppleGut and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or health outcomes, arising out of your use of this site, your reliance on any information on it, or any product you purchase through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
