What the research supports
No trial of this product was found. Saccharomyces boulardii in dogs has ingredient-level support: 20 dogs with chronic enteropathy improved in clinical index, stool frequency and consistency over 60 days against placebo (PMID 29212912); 53 healthy dogs fed S. boulardii DSM 34246 at 5 x 10^9 CFU per kg of feed for 35 days had lower fecal scores from day 14 (PMID 39852920); 25 breeding dogs had lower fecal calprotectin (PMID 36006304). Those strains and doses differ from this blend, and the S. boulardii share of the 3 billion CFU is not stated. No dog trial of Bacillus subtilis DE111 was returned.

Worth knowing
The listing says to begin with half the amount and increase gradually, and that safe use in pregnant or breeding animals has not been proven. In the Amazon reviews read, one long-term owner saw no change beyond the dogs liking the taste; others noted the price for multi-dog homes.
