What customers consistently report

Those are the themes that recur across the reviews. Moderate review confidence — Amazon shows 4.5 from 259 independent ratings and the brand’s Stamped widget shows 4.9 from 97, but the brand’s Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews, and the ratings include an earlier formula under the name Digestive Health.

Why it might work

The three strains (two Lactobacillus plantarum and one Pediococcus acidilactici) are lactic acid bacteria that are thought to add to the gut’s own populations while taken and to act on gut lining and stool consistency. The outer capsule is Ahiflower seed oil, a plant source of omega-3 fatty acids, which the brand says protects the inner probiotic capsule from stomach acid so more of it arrives in the gut. In the one healthy-adult trial the diarrhea score improvement tracked a rise in Faecalibacterium, a butyrate-producing gut bacterium. The label does not let you check how many live organisms a capsule holds, how many remain at expiry, or how much omega oil it carries.

What the research supports

No trial of this capsule was found. The three strain codes it lists were tested in a 4-week placebo-controlled trial of 60 healthy adults under stress, where a diarrhea score fell more than on placebo, and in two small trials of 84 and 55 people with IBS, where quality-of-life scores improved more than on placebo but overall symptom relief did not differ in the larger one. The healthy-adult trial used 1 billion CFU per strain, and a large review of combination probiotics in IBS rates the evidence very low certainty.

What the label discloses

All three organisms carry strain codes, but the label prints no CFU for any strain or in total and no weight for the omega blend, so the dose cannot be compared with the trial dose of 3 billion CFU. The brand states third-party testing for purity and potency without naming a laboratory, and its product page and Amazon’s ingredient field still list five different strains from an earlier formula. The “2x effective delivery” claim for the capsule-in-capsule has no study cited on the page.

Who this tends to suit

We match this product to people reporting bloating, gas, general abdominal discomfort and loose stools. It fits someone whose priority is day-to-day comfort or a steady daily routine. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.

Where it may not fit

The label supports gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. We flag this product for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, and the quiz removes it rather than recommending it in those cases. That is a caution about who should be deciding, not a claim about the product. A capsule only works if you will take it once a day, every day.

Side effects and what to be aware of

A minority of reviewers report bloating, diarrhea or cramps in the second week, and some dislike the citrus smell or find the dark label hard to read. The brand’s FAQ says mild gas or bloating in the first week or two is common, and advises talking to a healthcare provider if pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication.

Common questions

Does Daily Nouri Digestive Support Probiotic work?

No trial of this capsule was found. Its three strain codes were tested in a 4-week placebo-controlled trial of 60 healthy adults, where a diarrhea score fell more than on placebo, and in IBS trials of 84 and 55 people with mixed results. On Amazon, the rating is 4.5 from 259 and 37 of 41 effectiveness mentions are positive.

Is Daily Nouri safe, and what are the side effects?

The brand says mild gas or bloating in the first week or two is common, advises stopping and asking a provider if anything persists, and advises talking to a provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on prescription medication or antibiotics. On Amazon, 5 of 21 digestibility mentions are negative, including cramps and diarrhea.

How much does Daily Nouri Digestive Support cost?

A 30-capsule bottle is a 30-day supply at one capsule a day. It is $29.69 on Amazon ($0.99 a day) and $29.99 on the brand site ($1.00). Subscribing takes 10% off, about $0.90 a day, with free shipping.

Daily Nouri vs Culturelle: what is the difference?

Daily Nouri’s capsule has three coded strains (two Lactobacillus plantarum and a Pediococcus) in a capsule-in-capsule with plant omega oil and prints no CFU. Culturelle is built on the single strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. The strains and trial bases differ, so a trial of one does not carry over to the other.

Is the Nouri advertised on try-nouri.com the same as Daily Nouri?

No link between them was found. try-nouri.com is run by a different business and sells a bad-breath capsule (Streptococcus salivarius K12, berberine, zinc), whose own page says it is not a probiotic. Its Trustpilot profile shows 11 reviews, all one star, about an unexpected membership charge and refunds, while dailynouri.com’s Trustpilot page has no reviews and the brand states a 30-day guarantee.
