What customers consistently report

Those are the themes that recur across the reviews. Moderate review confidence — Amazon shows 4.3 from 2,013 independent ratings and the brand’s own widget shows 4.7 from 857 reviews, but its Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews and the Walmart rating could not be read.

Why it might work

Acacia fiber is a soluble, fermentable fiber that holds water and is fed on by gut bacteria, which is why it is studied for stool frequency and as a prebiotic. Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 is a spore-forming probiotic that survives stomach acid and is studied for gas and bloating. The brand pairs the powder with GLP-1 medicines on the idea that those drugs slow digestion and reduce fiber intake; that link is the brand’s reasoning, not a tested result for this product. Fermenting fibers can cause gas in some people, and the label advises drinking plenty of fluid. The label does not let you check how many spores remain at expiry.

What the research supports

The brand registered a 12-week placebo-controlled trial of this formula (NCT07755735, sponsor-run, listed enrollment 50, taken twice a day), but no results are posted and it is not in PubMed. Its one probiotic, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856, reduced gas and bloating scores in a 70-adult placebo-controlled trial at 2 billion spores a day; one scoop is 1 billion CFU. Acacia fiber raised stool frequency in 180 adults with IBS-C at 10 g a day, against 4 g per scoop here. No trial of any fiber supplement in people taking GLP-1 medicines was found.

What the label discloses

The panel prints every amount: 4.0 g acacia fiber, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 at 10 mg (1 billion CFU, stated without an expiry figure), 2 g collagen and the minerals. The powder contains 2 g of added sugar from cane sugar plus stevia. The brand states third-party testing of every batch and a GMP facility but names no laboratory, and its page lists ingredients (allulose, pectin, MCTs) that the powder panel does not.

Who this tends to suit

We match this product to people reporting irregular bowel habits, constipation and bloating. It fits someone whose priority is regularity, a steady daily routine or day-to-day comfort. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.

Where it may not fit

The label supports gluten-free. A powder only works if you will take it once a day, every day.

Side effects and what to be aware of

About 11% of Amazon ratings are one or two stars. Amazon’s summary shows 88 negative taste mentions out of 437 (some say too sweet), 32 negative mentions out of 118 on mixing (clumps) and 36 out of 76 on value. The label advises drinking plenty of fluids to avoid constipation, a different version of the label carries a California lead warning, and the powder contains bovine collagen, so it is not vegetarian.

Common questions

Does BelliWelli fiber powder work?

The brand registered a 12-week placebo-controlled trial of this formula (NCT07755735), but it lists 50 participants, no results are posted and it is not in PubMed. Acacia fiber improved stool frequency in a trial of 10 g a day in 180 adults with IBS-C, and each scoop here has 4 g. On Amazon, 170 of 206 effectiveness mentions are positive.

Is BelliWelli safe, and does it cause gas or bloating?

The Amazon text says fiber supplements absorb water and to drink plenty of fluids to avoid constipation. Fermenting fibers can cause gas in some people, and one reviewer says the first few days were rough. On Amazon, 25 of 159 digestive-effect mentions are negative. The powder contains bovine collagen.

How much does BelliWelli cost?

One scoop a day is a serving. Amazon’s 16-serving canister is $19.98 ($1.25 a day, or $1.12 with Subscribe & Save). The brand’s 30-serving tub is $44.99 ($1.50 a day), with 61% off a first subscription order and 15% off after.

Is BelliWelli made for people on GLP-1 medications?

The Amazon title and the brand page market it for GLP-1 users, reasoning that those medicines can slow digestion and cause constipation. No trial of this product, or of a fiber supplement, in people taking GLP-1 medicines was found. People on these medicines should ask their prescriber.

What is BelliWelli’s refund policy?

The brand offers a 30-day return window for unopened orders, minus return shipping, with refunds within 7 business days of processing. Its subscription says “cancel anytime”. Amazon lists the powder as non-returnable unless damaged or defective, and no billing complaints were found in the reviews read.
