What customers consistently report

Those are the themes that recur across the reviews. Low review confidence — Amazon shows 4.3 from 2,339 ratings, while the 4.8 from 5,940 on the brand’s own widget includes 32% reviews flagged as rewarded and about 78% dated before the US product page existed, and the Trustpilot 4.2 from 2,451 is a whole-brand score on a profile the brand pays for.

Why it might work

The brand says fennel seed relaxes the gut and reduces gas, turmeric supports liver and digestive comfort, and milk thistle supports the liver, with the taurine, glutamine, glycine, inositol and choline in the same tablet added for what it calls liver detoxification. In conventional terms, fennel and turmeric have some small-trial or traditional-use support for digestive discomfort, and milk thistle’s evidence is for the liver rather than for bloating. The doses on the label are lower than those used in the turmeric trials, and extract strength is not printed, so the label does not let you check whether a trial result applies. Turmeric products have been linked to rare liver injury.

What the research supports

No trial of this product was found. For its three named herbs, no adult trial of fennel for bloating was found, two randomized trials of turmeric in functional dyspepsia (132 and 206 adults, four weeks) used about 2,000 mg of curcumin a day against 160 mg of turmeric extract here, and no trial of milk thistle for bloating or dyspepsia was found. Fennel fruit is listed in Europe for bloating and flatulence on the basis of traditional use, not trials. The brand cites only a self-reported survey of customers who took this with its probiotic.

What the label discloses

Every ingredient has a printed amount per tablet with no proprietary blend, and the label directs two tablets a day, so each amount doubles. Standardization of the herbal extracts is not printed. The brand states heavy-metal testing of every batch, Clean Label Project certification and an NSF-certified facility, but no certificate was found. The brand’s US page and its Amazon listing do not list identical ingredients (broccoli extract appears only on Amazon).

Who this tends to suit

We match this product to people reporting bloating, gas, general abdominal discomfort and symptoms that follow particular foods. It fits someone whose priority is day-to-day comfort or handling meals. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.

Where it may not fit

The label supports gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. We flag this product for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, and the quiz removes it rather than recommending it in those cases. That is a caution about who should be deciding, not a claim about the product. A tablet only works if you will take it as often as the label directs.

Side effects and what to be aware of

Some reviewers report no change, a few report stomach pain, nausea or headaches, and several mention that the tablets are large. The brand’s own questions page says pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and people with medical conditions should see a physician, and to ask a health professional if taking any medication including the oral contraceptive pill. Opened bottles are not returnable, and one reviewer reports difficulty cancelling a subscription.

Common questions

Does JSHealth Detox + Debloat work?

No trial of the product was found. Fennel has traditional-use status in Europe for bloating, turmeric helped dyspepsia in two Thai trials at about 2,000 mg of curcumin a day (this tablet has 80 mg of extract), and milk thistle has no bloating trial that we could find. Amazon shows 4.3 from 2,339 ratings; some reviewers report less bloating within days and others report no change.

Is JSHealth Detox + Debloat safe, and what are the side effects?

The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, people under 18 and people with medical conditions to see a physician, and to ask a health professional if taking any medication, including the oral contraceptive pill. Reviewers mention stomach aches, nausea, headaches and large tablets. Turmeric supplements have been linked to rare liver injury, mostly with high-absorption products.

How much does JSHealth Detox + Debloat cost?

A 60-tablet bottle is $39.99 on the brand site (two tablets a day, $1.33 a day) plus $4.99 shipping under $70; the two-month pack is $69.99. Subscriptions are 15% off monthly ($33.99), 20% off every three months and 25% off every six months. Amazon lists $38.99, about $1.30 a day, and $35.09 on Subscribe & Save.

Should I buy Detox + Debloat on Amazon or the brand site?

The prices are close ($38.99 on Amazon against $39.99 on the site). Amazon’s ingredient text lists a broccoli extract that the brand’s US label does not, and Amazon marks the item non-returnable while the brand site allows returns only for damaged, wrong or missing items within seven working days. Both exclude change-of-mind returns.

How do I cancel a JSHealth subscription?

The brand says subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled in the account on its site. JSHealth is an established Australian brand with a Trustpilot score of 4.2 from 2,451 reviews and an Amazon listing since 2018; complaints on Trustpilot are mostly about undelivered orders, no result and one about cancelling a subscription. There is no refund for a product that did not work.
