What customers consistently report

Those are the themes that recur across the reviews. High review confidence on volume — 4.4 out of 5 from 4,921 Amazon ratings, with iHerb showing 4.7 from 9,828 ratings for the same bottle as a second check. Stock is the live problem, not the reviews: the bottle reads out of stock at iHerb and unavailable at Amazon on the listings we checked.

Why it might work

This liquid follows a familiar herbal formula: green black walnut hull, wormwood and clove are combined in a dropper that lets an adult measure a small starting amount rather than swallow a fixed capsule. That delivery format and its low price are the clearest practical strengths. The scientific logic is much weaker than the tradition behind the combination. Black walnut's antimicrobial observations are from cell culture, where concentrations cannot be translated into an oral serving, while the only human wormwood study was a small uncontrolled pilot for a kidney condition, not this purpose. More basically, this is a 1.6 mL proprietary blend with no amount for any individual herb, so its proposed mechanism is unverifiable and cannot be lined up with the limited literature or with thujone exposure. A lab signal does not establish a human effect. A laboratory signal remains short of proof that this product has a human effect.

What the research supports

No human antiparasitic trial exists for either headline ingredient. Black walnut’s antimicrobial data is in cell culture, at concentrations that cannot be converted into an oral dose. The single human wormwood study was an uncontrolled ten-person pilot in a kidney condition. And because this bottle is a proprietary blend, you cannot even line its wormwood content up against that one study — there is no number to compare.

What the label discloses

A proprietary blend, which is the central problem. The panel tells you a serving is 1.6 mL of combined green black walnut hull, wormwood and clove extracts, and nothing about how much of each. That matters here more than usual: wormwood’s active constituent thujone is neurotoxic at high enough doses, the European regulator caps it at 3 mg a day for two weeks, and this label gives you no way to check where you are against that. NOW states its own GMP Quality Assured designation, non-GMO and kosher, but names no external certifier and publishes no heavy-metal testing program.

Where it may not fit

The label supports vegan and minimal ingredient list. We flag this product for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, which is a caution about who should be deciding, not a claim about the product. A liquid only works if you will take it as often as the label directs.

Side effects and what to be aware of

The taste is the dominant complaint and reviewers do not soften it — bitter, and several say terrible. The label is for adults only and not for pregnant or nursing women. It also says people with kidney or liver dysfunction should avoid it, that it may cause gastrointestinal disturbance, and that it contains alcohol, roughly 52% grain alcohol. It contains tree nut.

Before you take this. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and no supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease.
