What the accounts we could find say

There is not enough independent feedback here to call those themes reliable. Very low review confidence — the 5.0 comes from just 10 ratings on the brand’s Etsy storefront, and this exact bottle has no meaningful presence on Amazon or any large review platform. A separate TikTok Shop page for the brand’s stronger HEAL+ variant carries only 9 reviews and should not be read across to this product.

Why it might work

Olive oil is a food matrix that delivers both fat and olive polyphenols. Some polyphenols can reach the lower gut and interact with resident bacteria, while the oil's fat content changes how the meal is handled through normal digestion; taking a 15 mL daily shot provides a consistent food-based exposure rather than an isolated supplement. This bottle is single-origin, single-varietal organic Arbequina oil from one farm, with no other ingredients, which makes the proposed active source unusually simple. The limitation is that its polyphenol strength is not firmly established: the product page gives two different figures, 390 mg/kg and 331 mg/kg, with no named lab or report. Human work on high-phenolic olive oil also used other oils, doses and populations. Olive-polyphenol logic is not proof that a daily shot improves symptoms across different doses, oils and populations.

What the research supports

Olive oil polyphenols and gut bacteria have real human trial evidence, but none of it matches this product’s dose or a general audience. The closest match is 10 hypercholesterolemic adults given 25 mL a day of a high-phenolic olive oil for 3 weeks, which changed intestinal mucosa composition — close in dose to this product’s 15 mL daily shot, but a very small, short trial in a specific population. Other trials used higher doses in different groups: 40 g a day in overweight and normal-weight adults increased lactic acid bacteria, and 50 g a day for 12 weeks in HIV-infected adults over 50 increased microbial diversity. None used this brand, this polyphenol level, or a general healthy population, so the marketing claim of gut support rests on class-level evidence, not a trial on this oil.

What the label discloses

Single ingredient — organic Arbequina olives, nothing else — grown on one farm, which is a genuine point in its favor. Against that, the product page itself is inconsistent about its own polyphenol count, stating 390 mg/kg in one place and 331 mg/kg elsewhere on the same page, and names no specific lab, certifying body, or test report behind either figure despite calling the oil “lab-analyzed.” No allergen statement is needed for a single-ingredient oil, but no third-party quality certification could be confirmed.

Who this tends to suit

We match this product to people reporting bloating, gas and general abdominal discomfort. It fits someone whose priority is day-to-day comfort or a steady daily routine. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.

Where it may not fit

The label supports vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and no added sweeteners. A liquid only works if you will take it once a day, every day.

Side effects and what to be aware of

At about $1.65 a day for one tablespoon, this is one of the more expensive food-based options here for what is, nutritionally, still olive oil. A badge claiming “70k+ 5-Star Reviews” appears on the brand’s Flip app listing; that figure reads as a platform-wide badge rather than a count specific to this product, and should not be treated as brand-specific evidence.
