What the accounts we could find say

There is not enough independent feedback here to call those themes reliable. Low review confidence — the 4.83 from 41 reviews is shown only on the brand’s own page through a review app with none marked verified; the same store’s other page for this product shows 1,971 reviews built largely from repeated texts, Trustpilot’s 4.5 from 1,141 is brand-wide rather than product-specific, and Amazon shows no rating for Sculptique’s own listing.

Why it might work

The brand’s idea is that slow stomach emptying lets food ferment, so ginger is meant to speed emptying, bromelain and papain to break down protein, and dandelion root to stimulate bile flow. Ginger has sped gastric emptying in small trials at about 1 to 1.2 g, with no matching change in symptoms in the two trials that measured both. Bromelain and papain are proteases from pineapple stem and papaya fruit; oral doses at this size have no bloating trial. Dandelion root has no human digestion trial in the searches run. The label cannot show enzyme activity per capsule beyond the bromelain standardization, or how much of the capsule survives stomach acid.

What the research supports

No trial of this formula was found. The ginger evidence is about gastric emptying: 1,200 mg of ginger halved the half-emptying time in 24 healthy volunteers (13.1 vs 26.7 minutes) but did not change symptoms, and 1 g had no effect in 16 others; the label has 700 mg of a 5% gingerol extract. No randomized trial of oral bromelain or papain for bloating or constipation, or of dandelion root for digestion, was found, and the brand’s “scientific papers” image headlines a trial in broiler chicks.

What the label discloses

Four actives each have a printed amount (ginger extract 700 mg, bromelain 200 mg, dandelion extract 50 mg, papain 50 mg) with no proprietary blend, and bromelain and ginger state their standardization. The panel prints 90 servings for a 3-capsule serving while the bottle graphic says 30 capsules, and no directions were found. The brand states third-party testing and a GMP facility, but no testing report for this product is shown.

Who this tends to suit

We match this product to people reporting bloating, gas, general abdominal discomfort and irregular bowel habits. It fits someone whose priority is day-to-day comfort, handling meals or regularity. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.

Where it may not fit

The label supports vegan and gluten-free. We flag this product for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, and the quiz removes it rather than recommending it in those cases. That is a caution about who should be deciding, not a claim about the product. A capsule only works if you will take it as often as the label directs.

Side effects and what to be aware of

Reviewers on the brand’s page say results took about four weeks, and one card says it did not work. On Trustpilot, which is brand-wide, the complaints are unwanted recurring orders, add-on charges and slow refunds, and the refund policy excludes subscription orders from the 60-day guarantee. The site advises checking with a healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or with a medical condition.
