Why it might work
The gut rationale here comes from putting greens, fiber, antioxidant ingredients and a named probiotic strain into one daily drink. Fiber can hold water and be used by gut microbes, while plant compounds may provide substrates those microbes interact with; Bacillus subtilis DE111 is the one component whose strain and CFU are disclosed. The powder is certified organic and non-GMO, and its once-daily format may make a food-based routine easier to keep. But the greens, antioxidant and fiber components are all blends with no individual amounts, so there is no way to tell whether any particular ingredient is present at a meaningful level or which one should be doing the work. The limited human research is on DE111, not the finished powder, and it mostly did not change perceived gut health. The DE111 route cannot establish a gut-health benefit from this finished powder when its human research was limited.
What the research supports
Weak, and worth saying so. Only the probiotic strain in the blend has human research: a pilot trial of Bacillus subtilis DE111 in healthy adults found a shift in some immune cell populations but largely no change in perceived gut health, microbiota or inflammatory markers. No trial of the blend itself was found.
What the label discloses
The probiotic is disclosed at strain level with its CFU, but individual ingredient amounts inside the greens, antioxidant and fiber blends are not. Certified organic and non-GMO. No third-party testing, CFU-through-expiry guarantee or allergen statement. High in vitamin K, which matters if you take warfarin.
Who this tends to suit
We match this product to people reporting irregular bowel habits, general abdominal discomfort and bloating. It fits someone whose priority is a steady daily routine or day-to-day comfort. Whether it is the best fit for you depends on the rest of your answers — what you have already tried, what format you will take, and anything that has to be ruled out.
Where it may not fit
The label supports vegan, gluten-free and no added sweeteners. We flag this product for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, and the quiz removes it rather than recommending it in those cases. That is a caution about who should be deciding, not a claim about the product. A powder only works if you will take it once a day, every day.
Side effects and what to be aware of
It takes some effort to mix without clumps, and the taste is an acquired one.
